Having a CAP Site in a rural area came in handy, especially when I was on dial-up at home and had to do research. The Glendale CAP had satellite high-speed and it made doing homework for my siblings and me very easy. Now, as an independent student and having wireless Internet access at home, the CAP has a different meaning for me:
