There are 13 C@P Sites within Inverness County to assist the community and visitors with Internet access and access to information and communication technology.

Nominal fees may apply for services.

PCs – Personal computers are IBM compatible and use the Windows operating system. On a PC, you can browse the Internet, check email, and use devices like printers, scanners, CD burners, and digital cameras.

Macs – Apple computers run on the MacIntosh operating system. You can also browse the Internet and check your email, plus use multimedia features like video editing.

Wireless Internet – Bring your laptop and log onto our wireless network.

Printers – We have LaserJet printers in color and black & white. Some of our C@P sites offer a wider range of print services for creating invitations, business cards, tickets, etc.

Scanners – Scan an image or document onto the computer, for use on the Internet, in email messages, or in projects and presentations.

Digital Camera – Rent a camera and capture images to upload to a computer.

Software – We have office (word processing, PowerPoint, etc.), photo editing, and multimedia programs.

Misc – Photocopy, fax, lamination, and binding available.
